ORDERS:
IN RELATION TO SHIPPING, ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED. IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN, WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT THE POSTAL SERVICE AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM. ONCE A CLAIM HAS BEEN FILED, FORWARD ALL DETAILS TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS.
- UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES MAY BE REISSUED.
- DELIVERED LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES MAY BE REISSUED AFTER CLAIM IS FILED.
- IF YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT, EMAIL US A PHOTO OF WHAT YOU RECIEVED AND WE WILL REPLACE THE ORDER WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING:
THE PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. TRACKING NUMBERS CAN TAKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO UPDATE DEPENDING ON WHEN THE POSTAL OFFICE SCANS YOUR PACKAGE. WE SHIP ALL PRODUCTS THROUGH USPS, YOU SHOULD RECIEVE YOUR ORDER BETWEEN 3-7 BUSSINESS DAYS.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
ALL PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE AND ARE MADE TO ORDER. WE ACCEPT NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS YOU'VE RECIEVED AN INCORRECT ITEM.
